Our wallet is designed with privacy in mind. We may collect:

• Usage analytics to improve the service

We use collected information to provide, maintain, and improve the wallet service, ensure security, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Data Storage & Security

Private keys and seed phrases never leave your device. We do not store or have access to your funds. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect any data we process.

5. Curlew AI

When you use Curlew AI, we send your portfolio data, wallet addresses, and transaction history to our backend and to our AI provider to generate responses. This data is used solely to answer your questions. Per our AI provider's policy, API data is not used to train AI models.

We use the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy. Data flows and purposes are summarized below.

• Authentication, analytics, push notifications, and remote config providers
• Subscription and in-app purchase management
• Error and crash reporting
• AI chat responses (see Section 5)
• Over-the-air app updates

Blockchain & DeFi

• RPC providers — Wallet balances, transactions, contract calls
• Swap aggregators — Quote requests with token/amount data
• Bridge aggregators — Bridge quote requests
• Price feeds — Token price lookups
• Security providers — Token and address safety checks
• NFT providers — NFT metadata
• DeFi data — Lending positions

Fiat Buy/Sell

Fiat on/off ramp is provided by third-party providers. You interact directly with their widgets. Their privacy policies apply. We may receive transaction status for display purposes.

Infrastructure

• Database — User accounts, preferences, subscription data (our servers)
• Caching — No persistent personal data

DApp Connections

The DApp browser connects you to third-party dApps. Data shared with dApps is governed by their privacy policies. We do not control dApp data handling.

7. Landing Website (curlew.io)

This website uses third-party font services. Font requests may log your IP. We do not collect personal data on the landing site. Links to Terms, Privacy, and Support are provided for reference.
